This item has adjustable sections. The headpiece can be adjusted to fit different size head circumferences by carefully sliding the woven slider along the stem to the desired fit. The cobra neck can also be slightly adjusted in moving forward and backward. The Cobra head can also be slightly adjusted up and down.
